Frequently Asked Questions
The ‘Renewable Energy Transaction Portal’ (RE-PORT) is an exclusive and the first of its kind, IT driven dedicated online Renewable Energy transaction platform. RE-PORT is one of CECL’s ambitious initiatives, set to enhance the efficiency of bulk transactions in the RE domain. The interactive portal is principally placed to bridge the existing gap between RE stakeholders, create a shared space for RE transaction processing (i.e., buying/selling), enhance visibility of RE projects, and to deliver core business services in ‘24x7’ setup.
You can register on RE-PORT through the simple registration process.
User registration on RE-PORT is essentially required for buying and selling of all Renewable Energy projects. It will further give you access to the portal’s multitude of built-in user friendly features enabling project browsing, sorting, buying, etc.
Registration on RE-PORT is presently absolutely free.
RE-PORT registration is open to all present and prospective stakeholders in the Renewable Energy domain.
The RE-PORT membership will be free and valid until any further intimation in the matter.
A ‘Basic Report’ is a summary of a particular project hosted by a seller on RE-PORT. It contains privileged information, i.e., the contact details of seller, brief summary of project, and other sensitive information of vital importance.
A ‘Vetted Report’ is an exhaustive account of a particular project hosted by a seller on RE-PORT. It is an outcome of the detailed techno-commercial vetting of the project undertaken by Consolidated Energy Consultants Limited (CECL). As the ‘Vetted Report is a demand based solution, it may or may not be available for all projects hosted on RE-PORT; in this case a buyer can individually engage CECL for the vetting of a project.
Yes, a sample ‘Basic Report’ is available for user review. Please download the report from below link:
Buying a ‘Basic/Vetted Report’ is quite straightforward. You need to login to your RE-PORT account (if you already have one) or register for a new user account; search for projects; select reports; print the ‘Customer Requisition & Payment Advice Form’ (PAF), furnish payment details in the PAF, and finally send the duly filled form to the address mentioned on it (along with the demand draft if payment is made through draft). Once the duly filled PAF is received and your payment details are verified, RE-PORT team will send you the ‘Basic/Vetted Report’ through e-mail.
The cost of a ‘Basic Report’ is INR 50,000.
The cost of a ‘Vetted Report’ will depend on the scope of work assigned to CECL.
Yes, you can deactivate your RE-PORT membership if you so desire. To do so, you will need to inform us of the same in writing.
You can opt for either of the following payment options:
-
NEFT/RTGS
-
Demand Draft
You need to login to your RE-PORT account (if you already have one) or register for a new user account; download and fill the ‘Seller’s Questionnaire’, furnish payment details, and finally send the duly filled questionnaire to the address specified on it (along with the demand draft if payment is made through draft). Once the duly filled questionnaire is received and your payment details are verified, RE-PORT team will initiate the project submission process.
RE-PORT does not rank projects. The numbers (0 to 5) are only used to indicate the individual progress/completion status of a particular project component (e.g., RA, NOCs, etc.). In simple terms the numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 indicate 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% completion of a project activity, respectively.
